The Tikkun Olam Committee
At Bnai Keshet we are dedicated to Tikkun Olam or “repairing the world.” The Tikkun Olam committee seeks to involve the Congregation in serving and empowering those who are disadvantaged or in need. We wish to educate and motivate members and provide opportunities for adults, youth, and children to do social action. We, as Jews, are commanded to pursue justice and participate in Tikun Olam by building a better world through progressive change. At Bnai Keshet we are committed to taking action to help our fellow human beings by working to shape a caring society, to promote social justice, peace, freedom and equality, and to protect the environment as the wondrous gift that sustains life.

Committee Meetings
